Meet your instructor
Dr. Wayne Boardman
Dr. Wayne Boardman is a conservationist, wildlife veterinarian,
academic, and researcher with extensive experience in zoo medicine across New
Zealand, Australia, the UK, and Uganda. He is currently Senior Lecturer in
Wildlife and Conservation Medicine at the University of Adelaide, with a
particular focus on field anaesthesia in free-ranging wildlife. His research
includes published work on the anaesthesia of camels, white rhinoceroses,
wallabies, and koalas.
